I wanted to thank-you for all your help with my 'Closet Rescue'. It literally changed years of bad habits in a few short hours. You helped me think outside the box and organize my 'orphans' into well thought out outfits which enabled me to wear some clothing items for the first time since I purchased them. I had a closet full of clothes but felt I had nothing to wear causing me to continually purchase new items without ever feeling like I had satisfied the wardrobe crisis. With your help, I now feel I have endless choices each day and no longer feel the need to purchase new clothing items. You have a wealth of knowledge about the fashion industry and I now understand why I choose the clothes I do. You were very professional and creative and it is obvious you love your job. You were also considerate of my personal taste and lifestyle which really enhanced the overall experience. Your endless patience put me at ease and I felt I could ask you any question about fashion and you would not only have the answer but apply it to me personally. Our shopping experience was also an eye opener. I thought there was little room for my improvement in the shopping department but once again I learned more than I thought possible. Your shopping skill and expertise helped me figure out how to plan my purchases. Every woman should have the opportunity to do a 'closet rescue' once in their lifetime. My only regret is that I didn't do this years ago!
Thank-you,

Janise participated as guest speaker sharing her expertise during the “Dressing for Success Workshop” for clients and staff members on Jun 10th. We were impressed on how she masters the topic and successfully ntegrated culture differences to it. Her passion and knowledge for the fashion industry, both formally and informally, show her expertise and dedication to this area
Janise had a positive attitude during the presentation and built a good rapport with clients. The way that
she addressed clients’ questions and participation was very professional. The materials using on her
presentation were resourceful and well documented.

I am thrilled to write this letter as a reference for Janise Flinkman of J3 Image Consulting. Recently, Janise presented as a guest speaker to Vital Women, a networking forum for female entrepreneurs. The event was well attended, no doubt in anticipation of Janise's topic, "Help, I have nothing to wear!"
Janise's conversational style, excellent tips on organizing one's wardrobe, and "style scale" were well received by the group. We received a great deal of positive feedback following the event.
Vital Women is made of new business owners and as well as professional women with years of experience. Among this diverse group, Janise was able to tackle those daunting wardrobe issues and how they affect how people perceive us in our professional and personal lives.
I have also personally had the pleasure of working with Janise to revamp my wardrobe. I can safely say that where it used to be a dreaded experience getting dressed in the morning, it is now a pleasurable, confidence-building exercise.

Thank you for your excellent and engaging presentation to the students in my Interpersonal Communications class yesterday morning.
Your presentation was very timely and appropriate. You not only successfully brought these concepts together in a practical, useful way that engaged the students and made them think, you modeled professional grooming, dress and presentation skills for them. Your effective use of examples created direct line of sight between the material you presented and its relevance for them.
There is a significant need amongst our students for a greater understanding and appreciation of
how to dress !ike a professional. Your presentation helped my students to understand why clothes
are important and how they can choose their clothing to present a more professional and polished
image.
The materials you distributed are very informative and I look forward to sharing these with the students who were unable to attend.
Again, my sincere thanks to you for such an informative and useful session for our Mount Royal students.
